Genscript Corporation ICOS Fc Chimera Human
Inducible T-cell costimulator is an immune checkpoint protein that in humans is encoded by the ICOS gene CD278 or ICOS (Inducible T-cell COStimulator) is a CD28-superfamily costimulatory molecule that is expressed on activated T cells It is thought to be important for Th2 cells in particular The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the CD28 and CTLA-4 cell-surface receptor family It forms homodimers and plays an important role in cell-cell signaling immune responses and regulation of cell proliferation

Eurofins Discoverx PathHunter Jurkat CD47-Presenting Cell Line, 2 vials. (93-1149C19)
The PathHunter CD47 Ligand cell line is a stable, engineered cell line designed for use with SIRPα Checkpoint Signaling Cell Lines. When co-cultured, the CD47 expressed in this cell line will induce activity of SIRPα receptors, which may be assayed through SH2 domain protein recruitment. This product is a companion product designed to work with Immunoglobulin Superfamily Checkpoint Assays. The cell line included overexpresses CD47 cell surface ligand. When co-cultured with the SIRPa Checkpoint Signaling Cell Line, the CD47 ligand binds to the checkpoint receptor, inducing receptor activity. This receptor activity leads to recruitment of the relevant SH2 domain protein to the checkpoint receptor inside the receptor cell line and production of EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. For detailed product information, User Manual and datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/checkpoint.

BioChain's tissue products are based on the sample repository network established following the IRB-approved ethical standard and procedures. BioChain's formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue section line encompasses a large selection of tissue sections which are suitable for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization assays. The tissue sections are approximately 5 um thick. Each slide contains tissue from a single human tumor. Documentation of tissues' clinical histories may be available upon request. For those customers who want to perform FFPE DNA and RNA isolation, BioChain can provide tissue section slices in tubes instead of mounting them on glass slides.

ATCC RPMI 8226; Plasmacytoma; Human (Homo sapiens)
RPMI 8226 is a B lymphocyte that was isolated from the peripheral blood of a 61-year-old, male with plasmacytoma. The cell can be used in assay development and immunology research. The cell line can be used in testing and calibration in ISO 17025-accredited laboratories, to challenge assay performance, validate or compare test methods, and establish sensitivity, linearity, and specificity during assay validation or implementation.

Eurofins Discoverx Ready-to-Assay TP Prostanoid Receptor Frozen Cells, 2 Vials of Cells. (HTS081RTA)
The Ready-to-Assay TP Prostanoid Receptor Frozen Cells are a simple, thaw-and-assay cell format for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This assay assesses ligand (e.g. prostaglandin H2, thromboxane A2) based activation of TBXA2R GPCR activity via detection of increasing levels of intracellular calcium. The included cell line overexpresses TBXA2R alongside endogenous high levels of a promiscuous G-protein, coupling the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway. Upon activation of TBXA2R, the resulting calcium activity can be fluorescently assayed. Ready-to-assay kits consist of two vials of the stably modified clonal cell line in a convenient thaw-and-use format. For detailed product information, User manual and datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/products-applications/frozen-cells.
